Inspect
Our team will start the inspection by walking through each room of your home and make recommendations and note all the items needing retrofitting, paying special attention to heavy, tall or expensive items such as bookcases, home electronics, appliances, water heaters, lighting fixtures, and paintings.
Create a Plan
1) Our team will assist you in establishing and identifying the goals and objectives needed to make your home or business more resistant to earthquake damage.
2) The next step will be to establish the strategy to work within your budget and required timeline.
3) Answer any of your final questions or concerns.
4) Implement the plan.
5) Our team will be available for any follow up questions.
Repair, Fasten & Bolt
Once the plan is in place then we proceed to safely secure items with the appropriate fasteners. Our fasteners can include nylon straps and closed hooks. Some of our recommendations may include relocating certain items or lowering shelves. We will make sure that plumbers have installed flexible connectors on all gas appliances for your extra safety.
